11.00 a.m. Meeting point at your hotel. The first visit to the Estonian Literary Museum (42 Vanemuise St.). Registration.

11.30 a.m.-2.30 p.m. A visit to the Oskar Luts House Museum and to the Tartu Town Museum

3.00 p.m. Lunch at the Irish Pub

7.00 p.m. Opening evening at the House of Writers (19 Vanemuise St.)

9.00 a.m. Registration

10.00 -11.00 a.m. The opening of the conference and greetings in the Hall of the Estonian Literary Museum (42 Vanemuise St.)

11.00 a.m.-12.30 p.m. First session. In this session Marianne Wirenfeldt Asmussen (Secretary of the Board of the ICLM, Denmark) is in the chair. Reports in English, translation to Russian and Estonian.

10.00 a.m.-12.30 p.m. The sightseeing tour by coach and in the Old Town on foot

1.00 - 2.30 p.m. Lunch at the old Estonian pub Kolu Kõrts

2.30 - 4.00 p.m. A visit to the Estonian Open Air Museum

4.30 - 6.00 p.m. A visit to the Estonian Art Museum

Arrival to Tartu at about 10.00 p.m.

Friday, June 4, 1999

A tour in South-Estonia: Võru-Haanja-Munamägi-Taevaskoda

8.00 a.m. Departure from your hotel

9.00 - 10.00 a.m. A visit to the Fr. R. Kreutzwald Museum

10.30 a.m.-5.00 p.m. Touring around in the beautiful surroundings of South-Estonia

5.00 p.m Arrival to the G. Wulff-Õis House Museum at Nüpli near Otepää.

Finishing evening (picnic, camp fire, music, dancing, speeches, swimming)
